Bogdana is by far the best realtor we have had - EVER! She helped us with the buying of our home in Florida when we were still in Michigan. She went above and beyond to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible, taking care of details we would normally do but couldn’t as we weren’t in Florida yet. And then when we made the decision to move back to Michigan, she went above and beyond again to help us sell our house in Florida to move back “home.” This isn’t just a job to Bogdana. Words cannot describe the performance of Bogdana Subachev as a professional in the real estate business. She is the most hardworking, responsive, honest and kind person I have come across when it comes to purchasing a real estate property. She will respond to my calls promptly and at any time of the day. I found Bogdana online when I was looking for a vacant lot to purchase on Palm Coast/Flagler Beach/Daytona Beach area, FL. The purchase was very challenging because I lived in Nevada and trying to buy on the east coast of Florida. With the assistance and guidance of Bogdana, I had no problem finding a really fantastic lot and went into closing within one to two months. Bogdana communicated with various listing agents, informed me of any new property that came on the market and sent me valuable information on the various lots. I knew that Bogdana is a great realtor from our first conversation. She is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate market she works with. I like how she went above and beyond to set up showing when we came for house shopping. I gave her a very short notice, but she still was able to meet with me and my husband, when other realtors were just busting us with lots of emails with properties that did not even meet our expectation.
